I absolutely adored the elegant and traditional Asian decor throughout the hotel. The high ceilings and wooden flooring added a touch of grandeur to the villas, making it feel like a true luxury escape. The general areas were immaculately maintained, providing a peaceful and serene ambiance. Plus, the hotel's accessibility was excellent for senior people like me, ensuring that I could move around comfortably without any obstacles.

If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for seniors, it would be to have more senior-friendly amenities and services available. Perhaps, the children working there could provide assistance for older guests with carrying luggage or navigating the property.

We had fanstastic holidays in Les Palmares Villas. Friendly staff. Perfect decorations inside of the thai-bali style villa. Very,Very nice Jacuzzi and private swimming-pool for romantic night.They can also serve inside the villa very good Thai food and we also tried the in-villa massage done by professional people. We will come back here surely!

I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade and enjoyed being close to the beach, making it an ideal spot for a weekend getaway.

The villa was mind-blowing and super spacious, with a fabulous pool. The staff was friendly and went the extra mile. The location was close to the local village, with amazing local restaurants and markets nearby. The facility was well-maintained, and the internet was extremely reliable and fast. We felt safe and secure with the automatic gate. The villa provided full privacy, and the beach was just a short distance away. The pool was clean, and everything we needed was provided. Can't wait to visit again!

I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, nestled away from the crowded areas and close to the charming local village. I loved being able to explore the nearby Bang Toa Beach and enjoy the serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure that all of my needs were met. The hotel provided excellent services, such as dry cleaning, laundry, and airport shuttle, which made my stay even more convenient. The amenities in the room were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a plus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. Everything was clean and comfortable, making me feel right at home.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The retreat is well, situated, located outside of the village in a peaceful area. It is within easy reach of the quiet Bangtao beach and local village. the location is perfect for families seeking a serene vacation away from crowded areas. In terms of accommodation, the spacious villas are beautifully designed with modern bathrooms and well, stocked kitchens. It is refreshing to wake up to the quietness of the surroundings.

The upkeep of the property leaves a lot to be desired. the staff are friendly but their service is not up to par.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The villa was so spacious and clean, and it had all the facilities I needed for a comfortable vacation. The best part was the amazing pool and jacuzzi – it was always filtered and cleaned every morning. Moreover, staff was extremely friendly and helped me with everything I needed, from renting a scooter which was delivered directly to my garage to planning trips to nearby islands. Also, the hotel's location was perfect – very close to an amazing beach and a lovely local village which was great to explore. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was always attentive.

The water pressure in the showers left a lot to be desired which made showering difficult. The included American breakfast was not great, with stale fruit salad and an unappetizing omelette.

That the Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow at times, which made work a bit more difficult. this was a minor issue and didn't affect our overall experience too much.
